Day-to-Day:
An employer in Louisville KY is looking for a permanent direct-hire Business Development Representative to join their growing team for a 100% on-site role. This salary budgeted for this position is $80K-110K. This individual will be responsible for being the "face" of the company in regard to their outreach and how they maintain relationships with existing clients. This role involves some cold outreach for net new customers as well as servicing existing customers. They will be involved in trade shows and expositions to show the value of their service and market that service to the best of their ability. It can be expected that roughly 50% of their day is outreach to existing customers, 35% will be cold outreach, and 15% of their day will be reporting in MS dynamics and the CRM. We are looking for a self-starter who can be independent and dynamic in their day-to-day to grow and market this family owned construction company.

Compensation:
$80,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.
